Advanced knowledge of fit, pattern cutting, grading, and construction whilst demonstrating a sense of style, creativity and understanding of colour
Advanced understanding of design and development processes from inception through to production and provide accurate and on time documentation and communication for team members and maintain data on product development and keep live.
Project management of Fashion and Trend lines and Advanced Innovation techniques including no-sew construction and graphic technology, full seamless garments, sonic welding, laser applications etc. handle these projects independently, meet target margins and report back to senior management the outcome of projects to the business unit audience.
Provide product team with new ideas and appropriate options, collaborate with category product team to build and understand line plans accomplishing seasonal objectives and product concepts whilst supporting business goals & margins.
